The view from the terrace and the private onsen balcony around sunset was amazing, even though we had a cloudy day. The room was spacious, and the massage chair was a nice extra. Dinner was absolutely delicious, with a huge amount of food, and breakfast was equally generous and tasty even though we could only manage a little of it (still full from dinner). Service was also very good. I accidentally left something behind in the room, and the staff kindly arranged to send it to another address in Japan by cash on delivery, which I really appreciated.
The outdoor onsen was lovely, but unfortunately once it became dark there were so many insects that we couldn’t really use it. Dinner felt slightly rushed at times, as the next course would arrive before we had finished the previous one. For sleeping, I would have really appreciated blackout curtains, and a way to cover or switch off the surprisingly bright green light from the air conditioner. An eye mask solved the problem, though.

Es war für uns ein Zwischenstop - es gibt nichts im Umfeld was man sich anschauene könnte. Vogelbeobachtung und der nicht beschwimmbare See. Sehr freundliches Personal.
