There is also a full bathroom with tub/shower on this level and two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed. The second level has a primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom (full bath with shower only). The other bedroom on this floor has two twins. There is a full bath with tub/shower on this level and a den with a television and sleep sofa, offering additional sleeping space for one or two people. The four bedrooms and the main living area all have ductless split unit air conditioners. Washer and dryer in the basement. Relax or grill out on the large deck off the dining room. The property features a large green lawn and mature plantings. This home is close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike/walking path, Mass Audubon's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary and Marconi Beach on the Cape Cod National Seashore. Popular bay and ocean beaches and fresh water ponds are only a short drive away as are the town's bustling harbor and Main Street. Head to Truro and Provincetown for even more dining, shopping and fun. Great house. Met our family vacay needs perfectly. However, Not sure who dropped the ball but upon arrival, after a very quick efficient check-in and key pickup, found house had not been cleaned. It was not what I expected having rented houses at the Cape for several years. Contacted rental agent who prompted responded and offered to send cleaning crew. The rest of the family was expected later that day so by then I had done the cleaning and so declined the offer. The way it should be and To their credit, the agent immediately indicated that our cleaning deposit would be returned.

The Location was exactly where we like to be on the cape in a nice quiet family neighborhood close to many bay side beaches. The house was perfect for a family of 8 with plenty of outdoor space.

Good space for group Den pull out for sleeping is open space Could use instructions for using TV Outdoor grill large but we couldn’t get it to work Realtor gives a accurate list of what to bring - read rental agreement - lots of useful information

We loved this house there was plenty of room and we loved the large table in the kitchen. It was nice to be able to have everyone sit together during meals. The neighbors above the garage were nice enough to share their trash with us since the lrenters forgot to put out the garbage. Great time- thank you!

Great location. Nice quite neighborhood and close to Marconi Beach. Nice large living room and dining room - good for family gatherings. While there is nice deck, the back yard was overgrown with vines and weeds and mosquitos were abundant. Some maintenance issues including broken overhead light in the kitchen, no drip coffee maker (although advertised as such) .

This home was perfect for our family. It is spacious and clean and gave us both together time as well as quiet time. I loved how close it was to everything we wanted to do. I hope to come back to stay here again soon.
