Cahoon Hollow, LeCount Hollow & Whitecrest Beaches are the perfect spots to spend a day in the sun while enjoying outrageous ocean views and sprawling sand dunes. If pond life is more enticing to you, Duck Pond is truly one of nature’s swimming pools and is just a short walk away through a trail behind the home. Scrumptious food like French pastries at PB Boulangerie and local seafood at Mac’s Shack & PJ’s Family Restaurant are all within reach of this cozy Cape Cod home. Wellfleet Cinemas & Drive-in Theater, the Wellfleet Flea Market (a must!), Cape Cod Rail Trail & the Cape Cod Audubon Wildlife Sanctuary offer the entertainment choices you need to round out your vacation without ever crossing the town line. When you step into this home you know you have arrived on Cape Cod. Dark, honeycomb pattern flooring welcomes you into the entranceway of the house and can also be found throughout the fully equipped & stocked kitchen. You will feel right at home cooking dinner for the family with all the basics at your fingertips: toaster, refrigerator, blender & microwave along with some welcome additions such as a french coffee press, a Keurig coffee maker & a large lobster pot perfect for an at-home clambake! BBQ dinners on the gas grill always taste better when eaten outside and 8 of your family members can do just that at the wooden dining table situated on the wrap-around deck! After dinner enjoy a glass of wine on the deck in comfy adirondack chairs or cozy up to a fire in the fire pit & watch the resident fireflies dance in the nearby treeline. But if being outside during warm Cape Cod evenings isn’t your cup of tea, air conditioning throughout the home will provide you plenty of cool air to relax in. A huge 65” smart television in the family room on the basement level is the perfect spot to binge watch your favorite show on the or enjoy a movie with the family. A fourth bedroom with a queen size bed, full bathroom with stand-up shower & bar area (complete with sink) makes basement living in this home a breeze! The primary bedroom on the main floor offers a king size bed and a full bathroom with shower & bathtub. Two additional bedrooms on the second floor offer a queen size bed in one room and two bunk beds in the other (4 twin beds total). The second floor bathroom boasts shower/bathtub combo making it easy to rinse the little ones off after a day at the beach. And for those in the group that don’t want to wait in line to shower inside, a newly installed outdoor shower is your solution.
