The privacy of the location was exactly what we needed to relax and slow down. The Bill Bensley interior was exceptional, we loved every detail. The general manager and his team were more than welcoming and generous. And the wildlife surrounding us (the monkeys) was lovely and grounding. We enjoyed every moment we spent there.
Many of the staff had a hard time communicating in English.

Excellent location with a private beach.
Very good facilities with buggy.
Excellent food options - on the pricier end.
Good customer service & nice staff
The water was it very clean. On September 3rd there was so much trash in the water, we were basically swimming in the debris it was disgusting. However the hotel did their best to clean the beach & sand and it was cleaner on September 4th. However it was an unpleasant experience.
