great stay

beautiful decor, attentive staff with the exception of the beach staff who were not proactive and felt constantly distracted. property was well taken care of and we were impressed by the thoroughness and consistency of housekeeping. exceptional breakfast and lounge. and monkeys.

beach staff was not proactive in the club beach area, restaurant food for lunch and dinner was not great value for money and was at most "ok". we tried barefoot and the long bar. some of the guests' attire did not do the beautiful location justice and we were saddened to see that the dress code was not enforced in the lounge area where the requirement was quite explicit

Wunderbares Hotel-Resport. Extrem freundliches Personal. Schönes Design der Anlage. Unbedingt die Bar unter dem Pool besuchen. Gibt sehr feine Cocktails und Drinks. Wir kommen wieder.

Privacy and Exlusivity of the Resort. The Breakfast, the fantastic view, the nice and big rooms, the beautiful well-kept beach and the really nice staff

Great experience, stunning architecture, and beautiful location. Just watch out for the monkeys.

The room was very nice and every detail of the design was well thought out. The views were wonderful and the architecture incredible. Saturday night BBQ at the beach was excellent. Every dish, especially the seafood & fish, were amazing. I would absolutely go back. The staff were also friendly and the kids club was the highlight for our family.

The atmosphere and service of the breakfast were very good and the views wonderful, but the food could have been better. The pho was on the salty side and the bun bo would be better with a bit more lemongrass. As much as possible, the hotel would benefit from more control of the local monkey population. The monkeys have clearly become accustomed to human food, are vicious, and have absolutely no fear of humans. On multiple occasions, groups of monkeys came onto the balcony of the room, and in one particular instance a large monkey swiped at our 5-year-old son's face, missing his nose and eyes by a few millimeters. The attack was completely unprovoked and had the effect of making us feel less safe and relaxed at the hotel.

Extraordinary place to stay at least once in your life ❤️

The entire environment is stunning. The staff is very nice and smart and caring ☺️ The food was great and everything just looks amazing

A bit far from everywhere so no lower price food options as around 😉

The hotel was an extraordinary experience. It was the right decision to upgrade to lounge access.

Nothing is perfect but this one is close

The exterior and interior design of this resort are absolutely visually pleasing, the staff is extremely professional and nice, food quality is excellent, activities pack is great, and kids club is a life saver for parents!

Some staff’s English is not great and misunderstandings happen, and I remember one waiter is pushing just a bit too hard like borderline disturbingly asking us mention his name in Google review, which I wouldn’t do because it would be a disservice to him if I actually write down how I feel about him.

The view was fantastic. The whole resort exerted luxury and relaxation. Our 2 bedroom Royal Suite was gorgeous, with our own infinity pool and a karaoke room!

The location and staff amazing, especially our private concierge David. Every step of the way was effortless and a truly memorable stay . Fantasy for sure !!!

The food was a little on the pricey side , especially Buffett at the Bearfoot for what you get but hay your in a 5 Star hotel. Food could be better !!!

best sea resort in Vietnam

location, staff, very comfortable private villa at the sea rocks.

restaurants are good, but very expensive for Vietnam: not less then 100USD per person within alcohol. the hotel is too big.

A fabulous property

Fabulous design and decor; great kids' club; a beautiful long stretch of beach, very clean; beautiful spa, great gym. Great breakfast buffet

The kids' pool was a little limited in size, and they didn't allow kids in the larger pool, which was a bit disappointing. They should just have rules for noise and disruption. The waiting time for F&B service was unusually long all the time. Also the beds were much too soft.

Incredible.

The architecture, interiors and entire resort was beautiful. The staff were exceptional, friendly, attentive and nothing was too much for them. The food was Devine and we were blown away by our stay and would love to go back.
