The room itself was tidy, modern, clean and comfortable, bar the below par heating. Would certainly come back to stay in the warmer months.

The unit was let down by a lack of proper heating. On a cold and wet Otago night in the middle of winter, even with double glazing, the only heating was a low-heat flat panel and a fan heater with time restrictions on its use. Net result the electric blankets got well used. The unit did warm up when we did some cooking.

Staff friendly & accommodating, very clean, tidy & spacious

Location is ideal for us as it has large spaces for parking with trailers

The oven was a little on the slow side for cooking but did the job.

Clean, well run and very quiet.

Clean, very quiet being just out of town but close enough distance didn't matter. Pet friendly and even a dog exercise area. Staff really good to deal with and accommodating.

Needed a fan at least, or aircon, on hot summer days. Screen door did help to cool things down.

Location... 1. Away from the hustle and bustle. 2. Love the landscape, the country setting and. . breath of fresh air 3. Halfway from the airport and Dunedin City. Friendly staff 1. Checked up on us, If we needed anything else.

It was a pretty hot weekend. If we could have air con facilities installed to cater for hot days, so we could sleep better.

Great location, great accomodation and great hosts.

Is located out in the country side but only 5 minutes from Mosgiel and the road to Dunedin and the airport. There is plenty of room to walk around the property and for kids to play. Very quiet area.

An experience everyone should have :-)

Great location with a rural outlook. Very peaceful and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and tidy and loved the large fridge/freezer (which is larger than the majority of other motels). Had all the appliances and amenities to make our stay very enjoyable. Will make this our regular accommodation when visiting and would highly recommend to everyone who is looking for a great place to stay.

Disappointing

There was only one light synthetic bed covering and that was disappointing given the climate in the South. Never before has accommodation that I have stayed in not had atleast a duvet, and a spare wooly blanket. The divan so flimsy my daughter was tipped out of it when she turned over in the bed. Quite dangerous!

A very enjoyable stay.

It's a nice country setting. Quiet, very clean and comfortable. A nice bbq table outside the unit and I liked that it had a fly screen door allowing door to be open but secure. Good plunger coffee. Full size fridge. Very nice.

I would've liked an extra blanket or a duvet on the bed. Not quite warm enough but not cold enough to put heating on. Otherwise couldn't fault the place.

Roomy cabins, comfortable and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to find and a beautiful rural location. Would recommend!

Served a purpose but disappointing and poor communication and unexpected cleaning fee.

It’s a nice spot if you need to stay in that area. We used it for a spot halfway to our destination.

We stayed for one night, spilled a cup of tea on a waterproof protecter on the couch and a bit of sand spilled out of my son’s shoes. We left the unit otherwise clean but they still took $70 extra off our credit card after we left - without even letting us know. This is really disappointing. Our unit also had a funny smell and wasn’t all that clean when we arrived. There are a lot of dogs in the units here also.
