Grounds and room were beautiful. It was a lovely 1/2 mile (uphill) into town. There was one restaurant nearby within walking distance.
Self check in and no staff there until breakfast. All information brochures in the lobby were in italian only. Was 1 1/2 miles from the hot springs.

Lovely location and view. The bed was the best we have slept on in Italy! Breakfast was delightful. And the discount on the Saturnia waterfalls parking was much appreciated. And Serena was lovely.

We had personal check-in, the location is great, close to town and to thermal baths, The host was hospitable, the breakfast was delicious with lots of choice.
All was perfect.
