Staff are amazing and the facilities are clean. Small Renovations are on goong but that only means they are keeping up with the demands of their clients

Every part of our stay was outstanding. Mahmoud (Front of House Manager) and his team are incredible and you feel like you are being take care of by family. I will be back with my family for a holiday because of Mahmoud and the Team. Mahmoud takes customer service very seriously and I cannot thank him and the team enough for what they did.
Wifi is very slow. it would be good to have a better connection for those that are staying for work purposes.

Il ristorante ha offerto ogni giorno menu' diversi e sempre di qualita', nel rispetto della cultura culinaria locale ed internazionale.
L'animazione, secondo me, e' da migliorare sotto alcuni aspetti. Se da una parte va bene essere discreti e rispettare la privacy, dall'altra un coinvolgimento maggiore in attivita' divertenti e' d'obbligo. Magari valutando la possibilita' di organizzare tornei ed attivita' in orari piu' consoni alla temperatura durante il giorno (torneo di beachvolley alle 12:00 e' impraticabile, solo a titolo d'esempio).
La spiaggia meravigliosa.
Vorrei anche segnalare l'efficenza e la professionalita' mostrata da tutto lo staff alla reception ed in particolare Mr. Hazeme. Ci ha fatto sentire a casa sin dal primo momento e sempre disponibile e pronto a soddisfare ogni mia richiesta. Un valore aggiunto a questa struttura.

We had an amazing stay. The beach was gorgeous with crystal clear water. There was coral all around for easy snorkeling. The rooms were big and very comfortable. The food was excellent.
We especially appreciated the manager, Mr. Hazem, who was very helpful and made us feel at home. At the restaurant, Mr. Mathieu and the team took great care of us, even when we were off schedule a little. Mr. Emad took care of everything we needed in the room - each request was handled quickly and efficiently, with a smile. At the beach, Mr. Mahmoud always made sure we had a place and anything else we needed. The property is beautiful, the setting is breathtaking, and the staff couldn’t be nicer.
