M.Maurizio est présent et agréable. Le B&B est situé dans le centre historique, attention de ne pas avoir un véhicule type van, les rues sont étroites. Il y a un parking gratuit à moins de 200 m et un autre en bas de la ville à 300 m. Le B&B est relativement calme sauf une chambre qui donne sur la rue. C'est propre et le nécessaire de toilettes est à disposition. Les lits sont confortables. Le petit déjeuner est servi par M. Maurizio et il est copieux (fruits, yaourts, céréales, lait, café, thé, viennoiseries...). Attention, il y a des escaliers pour accéder aux chambres.
Nous avons eu des bruits liés à la plomberie mais rien de trop important ( chambre Canderola)
