Friendly amd helpful staffs, kudos to Amalina, Syaz, Aisyah and an Indian petite lady, sorry I forgot your name. The first room I was assigned to, the hose was leaking. Amalina quickly acknowledged the issue and move me to a new room.
The new assigned room smell very bad, especially the toilet. The shower gel dispenser didnt work, I pumped and no shower gel came out. The mattress is not soft - i can feel the spring when I lay down. I hope can fix the problem. This is my third time stay here, hope can improve has i'll be coming back every month.

Location is convenient
The toilet smells all the time, the rooms are old and no good air ventilation. The room cleaning staff are noisy, you can hear them talking loud and laughing from outside.
