Great locations, for a short break. Beautiful building with real character and easy access to all the dental attractions

It was very clean, had a comfortable bed and had great character due to the age of it.
The location was excellent and all amenities were close by but it was still quiet and peaceful in the evening
The hosts were very helpful and welcoming.
The breakfast was delicious and very well presented.
You could make a drink and there were biscuits to have if you wanted them

Brilliant location, charming hosts, delicious breakfast. The attic room had glorious aircon, a fan, a charming terrace (usable only in the morning owing to extreme July heat for the rest of the day) and watching the swifts diving across the roof was really special.
The attic room is very heavily timbered - so much so that one partner has difficulty getting in and out of bed owing to a large timber right up against it. There's also a killer timber at knee-level just as you come in the door, which we both fell foul of at different times. Luckily neither of us is very big - nobody taller or fatter than us would be happy in the room. Also - there was no lock on our door, which meant we felt it necessary to carry all valuables with us (not many, admittedly, but passports, cards & euros as well as a bit of jewellery I needed for the party we were there for). Being 38C a lot of the time, it would have been nice to have left most of it in the room.
