The staff are the facilities greatest asset - Wilson who welcomes guests at the main gate; Ntombi, Zoleka and Aati (at the spa); the chef and kitchen staff; the porters, cleaning and maintenance teams and Thulani and Sean who a part of the management team. Kitchen was not great. Food / coffee was cold on more than one occasion. Once the whole meal, which included salad leaves was heated in the micro - Very unprofessional for a 5-star facility. A facility like this could also do with some quality wine glasses, especially in the executive room.
The beach is too far to really enjoy. Game reserve is also quite small.
