We had a lovely room which supplied all we needed. Not too big, not too small with - which is not the normal case - reading lighting at both sides of the bed for those who like to do some reading at the end of a long day. The balcony overlooking the street was just fantastic - we loved taking part in the activity outside!
The location was just a short walk to the beautiful park/plaza and the adjoining city center. Parking was easy in front of the hotel or at the port's huge parking lot.
Nikos, the host was very friendly and helpful if in need of information and tips. Our stay in this pension was just wonderful!

Nice, cosy place in a great location, very close to both beach and the old town. Beautiful terrace view, clean.
There’s a lot of stairs to get to the rooms which i didn’t know about beforehand but overall it didn’t bother me.

The room was nice and renovated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is good.
Overall, there is a lack of maintenance. There may be some last moment problems, which I understand, but not all of it.
First of all, there is no elevator, so you have to climb the steep stairs for two floors. Keep it in mind if you have heavy luggage with you. However the host was very nice and offered his help.
Secondly, the fridge in the room didn't work. Again, the host allowed us to use the one at the reception.
Then one of the doors in the shower cabin was missing🫤 and the mosquito net was broken (not that we used it, just throwing it all in).
Maybe standalone the rating would be higher but compared to other places we saw in Greece I feel that the price was a bit high for what we got.
Hope the owner will see that and improve.
