Ideal für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp

Zentral gelegen, hatte ein Zimmer mit externem Bad, war alles super sauber und umfangreiches Frühstück- sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Das Fenster zur Straße hin war etwas hellhörig, aber ich wollte eh früh raus

Super Hotel

Wir waren nun bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem wunderschönen Hotel, diesmal mit unseren Kindern und es hat uns wieder sehr gefallen. Die Betten waren gemütlich, alles ist sehr sauber und das Frühstück war gut. Auch der Check in und Check Out ist super unkompliziert und schnell. Zu Fuß ist man schnell in der Altstadt und am Bahnhof. Wir kommen sicher nochmal wieder.

Not far from the train station.. They have a mini store with a cash box so if you want a drink or a snack anytime you can get it. The shared rooms are mostly in the basement. There are 2 bathrooms downstairs one of which has a shower and a bathtub. If you want to take a bath which I didn't realize till I was leaving. It was cold downstairs underground and it was nice that there was a radiator with some heat.

The owner or manager is not on site all the time he either has a little house in the back where he goes to have a smoke or I think someone. Who works there had the room next to me because they had very loud shoes when they went back-and-forth at 5:30 in the morning and 11. O'clock at night. The ad says there's a radio and mini fridge and there wasn't. There's a small OK breakfast but not for €15. He tried to charge me for breakfast and all. I did was make my own tea with my own melkin sugar which he promptly took off my bill. On the t v there's no b b c there's only french channel twenty four which thankfully is in english. It should be fifty euros I would expect bit more for sixty five euros.

Stayed for 1 night only. The whole day I'm away discovering the town. There is Dominos Pizza opposit

Location is short walk from Schwerin Main station. Walking distance to central area and Schwerin Castle.

Door in each room is not sound proof when closing and opening and when using the key you can hear from other rooms.

The price is good and sharing the bathroom was not a problem since the hotel was not crowded and everything looked clesn

It was not clear how to take the keys and the check in check out process.Moreover the room was not as pictured, since the floor was not wood and the roomed smelled a little bit like mold and humidity

Will never come back

The location is right next to the center and in front has a beautiful lake

The room was next to the road and it was terrible in the early morning, the smell in the room was disgusting too, smells like rat's pee and old. The drains in the bathroom didn't worked properly so the water was staying in the shower plate. And the sheets gave me allergy

Cosy, charming family run hotel with value for money

Cosy and relaxing atmosphere. Free parking for cars. Short walk to city center. Good breakfast. You can pay with credit cards even it is stated at booking.com that you have to pay with cash.

Friendly staff, diverse and tasty breakfast, good location, cosy facilities.

Room smelled strongly of detergent or something, possibly from the whole floor carpet. Other than that the room was fine.

Exceptional

Very well located hotel, easy walking distance to the old town and castle. The staff was friendly and helpful, our room was clean, quite and comfortable and the communal bathrooms were very tidy. Free parking on site, easy check-in and check-out. We also loved the help yourself snack and drink bar where you will find and honesty box to pay honestly for what you have consumed. We very much appreciated this 😊🥰 We didn't have breakfast but it looked good, so if you're a breakfast person, it's probably worthwhile 😊

The room was big and cozy, and the location was great.

The room was next to the street and below the street level, you could smell moisture in the room the whole time, even though it looked freshly painted.

Quality in sum too low, staff not eager to communicate or to help

Staff is not present at the facility, you have to call some mobile numbers to get someone. Entry is possible with a numeric code, which is not updated, so it's not burglary-safe. Rooms were not really today's standard (bathroom across the floor, no desk for laptop). Up to here, everything was still ok for us. At the 3rd morning, we put the used towels to the floor to get new ones, like usual - but the old ones just got hung back up from there to the towel holders. This is not a joke! Children got fully charged for breakfast, although some announcement somewhere (cant find it any more) said otherwise and it's really not common to charge fully for 8-year-olds. When trying to address the last 2 points, staff reacted brazenly, with no traces of apology.
