Great potential of the property that can offer a lot. Nice breakfast.
The rooms were not ready when we arrived at 2:00 pm. Unfortunately, the room initially allocated to us had not been properly checked before the key was handed over. The air conditioning was not working and the toilet seat was broken, which meant we had to be moved to another room.
The replacement room was of a similar standard and, although it was available, it also did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned. There were several visible signs of wear and tear, as well as maintenance issues that had not been addressed.
Unfortunately, this appeared to be a wider issue throughout the property. It is clear that there has been significant investment in the resort; however, the level of ongoing care, cleaning and maintenance does not seem to match that investment. We noticed broken or damaged tiles around and inside the pool areas, general mess in various locations, exposed electrical wires, and dust and dirt on tables and pool chairs.
We understand that maintaining a large property is challenging and that occasional issues can occur. However, the number of issues we encountered, particularly those relating to cleanliness, safety and general maintenance, significantly affected our overall experience. With more consistent attention to detail, regular maintenance and better preparation of the rooms and common areas, we believe the property could provide a much better experience for its guests.
If you want, I can also �make this slightly stronger and more suitable for a formal hotel/resort complaint or review, while still keeping it polite and reasonable.

The breakfast was good.
The employees are friendly. Apartment is big.
The aqua park was disappointing. The water in one of the pools was dirty. There were also a lot of bees around the poolside restaurant, which made it almost impossible to sit and enjoy a meal peacefully.

Everything. Great pools, wonderful staff, excellent breakfast! Very nicely organized, beautiful spacious terrace next to the half covered pool, tasty food from the restaurant. Miran kraj, malo udaljen od centra ali upravo u tome je i lepota, na uzvisenju, divan vazduh, mala prodavnica u blizini. Bazeni uredni kao i kompletan kompleks a i okruzenje gde se nalazi. Ljubaznost osoblja za 10!

The stuff, up to the task, responsive and always available. Breakfast as expected, enough and fresh. Parking available.
Overall the idea of a spa between two buildings, making it way too difficult with a child if the weather is somewhat "cold". The "covered swimming pool" didn't work as it was maintained but not pointed out in booking arrangements. Finally a huge minus because of the guests who were making insane noise, shouting and swearing up until 4AM, and we were with a 4-year-old child.
