Local restaurants and cafes are just a 10 minute stroll away.   The villa has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and is built on three levels. The ground floor comprises of a large open plan living/ dining room, guest cloakroom, kitchen, utility room and bedrooms four and five. The lower level of the property houses a large double garage with a table tennis table and pool table. The villa’s upper storey consists of bedrooms one, two and three, all with balconies and views to the sea. Bedrooms 1,2 and 3 are located on the first floor of the villa. All rooms are en-suite. The master bedroom has a four poster bed and en-suite bath with additional shower unit.
