The apartment was new and nicely decorated. It was quiet and had everything we needed. The view was gorgeous.
I would like darker curtains in the sleeping room as it gets really light too early in the morning. There are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment therefore it is not really suitable for older people to get to beach/hotel from the apartment. The parking in front of the apartment is also not easy.
We also had a very unpleasant discussion with one of the workers at the reception. She was extremely rude, and her behaviour was almost insulting, especially to my elderly mother. My mom made a mistake when checking in. However, this was addressed in a very inappropriate way.
Another thing to keep in mind is that at the end of August the sun will be gone from the beach already around 17.30 which is not ideal as the beach opposite gets sun until the sunset around 19.30. This is not a property fault, of course.

It has a nice view and - although through loads of steps - it was quite close to the beach.
The apartment was smaller than it seemed on the photos. The kitchen only offered 4 pieces from everything (plates, glasses, etc) which was uncomfortable and made us always clean them. There was no coffee machine in the apartment (however I wrote a message about is and the staff replied and provided the respective info) so we had to ask for it twice.
The shower cabin was leaking, and the apartment description did not mention that we will share the balcony with another apartment - so we usually had to decide to stay inside in the evening because they were outside usually and we were rather close to eqch other.

Staff was friendly and helpful.
The room didn't appear to be updated like the photos. It wasn't very clean. The "garden view" was a parking space. They provided no coffee for the coffee maker. They charged extra to use the pool. It wasn't near anything. Overall it was a disappointing experience.
