Huge apartment, secure parking, close to airport, very well equipped.
Despite giving arrival time in advance, there was no one on reception and had to wait 15 minutes to check in. The person on reception apologised for being absent but had forgotten how to smile! No lifts and had to carry our cases up two flights of stairs, no help offered.
