Top Hotel mit hervorragendem Frühstück und Abendessen. Beides in Buffetform und auf diesem Level noch in keinem anderen Hotel bekommen. Grandioser Meerblick vom Zimmer. Hauseigenes Onsen, ebenfalls mit Meerblick.

The customer service was amazing. We had a hiccup with our rental car and the staff organized taxis for us every time we needed one. This might sound like a small gesture but taxis are fairly limited on the island and they always figured out a way to make it work. The food was also very good in the restaurant.
The hotel is on a less busy part of the island which is nice in some ways but also means you have a 30-45 minute drive if you want to eat off property.
