The hotel is located right on a good surf break, and is happy to accommodate surfers. The rooms are large, clean, and have fantastic views. Room service was excellent. The meals were also good. We especially appreciated the traditional Kagoshima breakfast that we had one morning - delicious! Staff at reception and the dining room were friendly and helpful. Room service staff were very friendly too. The building has a retro 80s vibe (it’s pink) which we loved.

景観の良さ。立地の良さ。
冷蔵庫が冷えない 効いてない 急に暑くなったタイミングだったので、クーラーの調整が効かず室内が暑かった 手続きカウンターの高さが、背の低い私に合わなくて、タブレットの明るさに、多分？照明もあってか、私の老眼のせいでもあると思うんですが、とにかく読み取りにくい、書き辛い…ベテランの男性スタッフの方が、タブレットを傾けてお手伝いしてくださいましたが、若い方には面倒な客になってしまったようで…これは(背が低い・老眼)なかなか相手の立場にならないと分からないことですよね でも、私のようなお客様もいらっしゃるかと思います 踏み台(恥ずかしいけど)があるとか、外せるなら、もう少し低いテーブルや台があるともっとスイスイいけたかな…と、1番最初がこの出来事だったので、なんだかとても気まずくて…暑い日だったからか、私に気を遣っていただいてか、男性のベテランスタッフさんはすごい汗でした 申し訳ないのと、タブレットを傾けて、私が見やすいようにしてくださった配慮には大変感謝しています ありがとうございました
