Das lange Warten beim ein checken und der Service war,schlecht,und das trotz Halbpension kein Essen bekommen haben, da alles schon leer war und das lange anstehen noch dazu und kein Sitzplatz mehr da war,die ganze Organisation war sehr schlecht, nie wieder

Lokalizacja, mnóstwo atrakcji na terenie resortu jak i bliskiej okolicy.

Fatalna recepcja. Na zameldowanie trzeba było czekać około 2 godziny w kolejce.

Obiekt bardzo fajny z potencjałem natomiast obsługa była nieprzygotowana (kolejki w recepcji).

Obiekt bardzo nowoczesny, czysty i zadbany. Piaszczysta plaża oraz duże place zabaw. Szeroka oferta gastronomiczna na obiekcie.

Przyjechaliśmy na długi weekend majowym. Z minusów: - brak miejsc siedzących przy śniadaniu; - długie kolejki przy śniadaniach niezależnie od pory; - niekompetentna obsługa recepcji; - długie kolejki w recepcji do załatwienia najprostszych spraw; - słaba organizacja recepcji.

I rate exceptionally highly the very professional way of staff's functioning and the numerous attractions and amenities at the resort (such as a hairdresser or clinic). We spent two weeks in the Zaton Holiday Resort, and it was an exciting time in the resort and with some trips (Zadar, Nin, Pag).

The only thing to improve is the cleanliness of the pools. The floor outside the pools, especially the stairs, should be subject to more frequent cleaning or some automatic cleaning.

Beautiful resort with a lot of opportunities but poor service

Huge and beautiful place, continuously gardened and watered, many flowers, high trees, shadow. More beaches sand/stone and word-class aquapark. There are some programs every day and evenings.

First, it is not acceptable that the reception is refusing giving back my passports until I settled the bill. This is against the law, I had to make a scene in front of other guests with the manager of managers to get my papers back. This is not conform with EU. We took the Superior mobile home with balf-board and we expected to be close to everything but it was far. 20mins walking for breakfast is too much. You could catch the small train every 30mins but its often full. We could park next to mobile house under pine tree and my car got full with resin, until now I could not remove it. This should be written and cover provided. The AC worked very loud, something with the fan. We were told it is how it is. On day 2 we claimed that no wireless internet access, reception replied it's under check but it never got fixed during our stay. Disappointing. In the restaurant the choise was wide for both breakfast/dinner but all 7 days the same list of food. Very crowded, you have to be lucky to get a table. Noisy inside, too hot outside. Zero compensation received for the above issues. Suprised and sad. We won't return and it's not recommended.

Nice and clean camping

Good and new/clean caravan. Very clean camping. Nice pool.

There was a sign by the pools that tells the poolbeds were for rent at E 5,- each! Also the gym was E 10,- per day. The sea was less pretty as what we expected. There were big blocks probably to hold the sand. But it doesn't look nice.

Excellent for family vacation but with own food

cleanliness, kids animations/clubs/activities, cicadas, green areas, pool complex

food in the resort restaurants is very poor with small exception for KRUŠKE I JABUKE where you can get fair enough value for the money. Don’t forget medicaments for food poisoning :S The resort grocery market is expensive and with very poor supplies. Rather go outside resort, there’s good market nearby ;) In general the place looks good almost everywhere but there are places which requires renovation. Personally I recommend to choose mobile homes vs apartments.

Great time for our family - well done Zaton Team!

The location of the mobile homes/beach and the buffet breakfast/dinner were all wonderful!!! Pool area for the kids is very nice as well.

The draw backs were mainly hot water issue and WiFi connection which was really bad in the mobile homes. It would be also great if we could have borrowed a basketball.

Children’s pool was at the compete opposite end of the resort from the mobile homes. 20-25 minute walk each way with my 3 kids under 5. It’s too much in the intense heat. Didn’t like that we had to pay for chairs at the pool. There should be a free option like a grassy or sandy area to put out towels.

Mobile home full of issues, very rude staff

The resort has nice scenery, a clean beach, a horse club, lots of playgrounds and a mini shopping street but it is over priced.

We booked a Premium mobile home thinking it would be closer to the sea but it was a 15 minute walk in the sun uphill to get back from the beach. We had a few issues with the home itself. The water was dripping below the sink in the bathroom so all towels were soaked with dirty water which we didn't notice until we wanted to take a shower in the evening and the front desk was not answering the phone. We had warm water in the shower only while warm water was running in the kitchen. The lights didn't work at all in the dinning area and in the living area so we had to eat dinner in the dark because the lights on the deck were very poor and we had more light coming from the bedrooms into the dinning area. The faucet in the kitchen was damaged so each time we turned it on, water sprayed all over the kitchen counters. The deck was not cleaned at all - the table, chairs and clothes rack were all covered in dust, spider nets and flies' poop. When I approched the staff with these issues they thought it was funny (!?!) and they were very impolite - they never said they were sorry or apologised for the issues, they just asked me if that was all I had to report or not. The only nice staff were the cleaning ladies.

Swimming pools, clean, lot of facilities, sandy beaches, acces to lot of free activities like acqua aerobic etc. Excellent place for families with children.

That I can't choose the home that I want, even if they are mostly free to use.

Zaton the perfect place

The place,the mobile homes.Warm and friendly people.Delisious food.We have been there for 11 days but it wasn't enough.We'll be back again the other summer.Zaton we love you

It was very hard to set appropriate temperature under the shower in the bathrooms
