If you want a weeks holiday on the bay of Kotor stay here. It’s a beautiful apartment ( request appt 1 it’s the best one and opens straight onto the pool) fab views, great pool. The owner Pedrag( calls himself Peter) comes by regularly and is helpful and well informed . Go to Mediterranean nights restaurant it’s very near and great food. Best beach is Solila free sun beds toilets safe swimming with a pool bar.
The kitchen equipment needs an update and replenishment- fry pan, saucepans, cutlery, oven glove and so on. The sun beds are solid hard plastic and gave me a bad back. When we asked Pedrag he had some sun bed cushions he gave us. Why didn’t he offer them when we arrived?

The view is spectacular, and the apartment is located in a quiet area. Just a short 20/25 minute walk into the old town.
The road into the old town has no pavement for some distance. Care should be taken especially if you have children as it’s narrow and very busy.
You lose the sun around the pool at about 3.00pm.
The apartment could do with a deep clean.

Very modern, clean and a postcard view from the room would highly recommend. The host was very good with contacting and offering any help.
30min walk from old town which was fine overall.

We thought we were going to be in a room with a balcony but we were on the pool level.
