After 4 days on the road Waves on Banyan had everything we needed - comp laundry, good sized room, comfy bed & location was great - walk to supermarket & shops. Kitchette in room & shared fully equipped kitchen was great with sandwich toaster & air fryer. Bit of traffic noise - mainly the hoons - but died off at night & was quiet.

Good location with Large rooms plus surprising extras such as a microwave, bowls and cutlery.
Shower basin edges could do with a clean. Dark spots/ patches and strong odour from shower drain.
