I loved the location. Very convenient to the mall and public transport. The LAWSON store was a bonus!

Close to Nagasaki central station.
The room was small but nice. It had a window and a bathtub.
Japanese breakfast was great and included some typical Nagasaki dishes. 😊

Great location, incredibly close to the train station and tram line, convenience store and food places next door. The room was nice and clean with everything you need, and it was a good price to quality ratio.
Not really a dislike but there wasn’t any real interaction with staff, with checkin and check out being done via screen. The room decor was also a bit old-fashioned but wasn’t really a problem either.

The location was very close to the station and there was a connecting bridge from station/ mall to the hotel, with lift for those with luggage just in front of the hotel. Good breakfast and friendly staff.
Hotel was very dated and was quite dusty, air-conditioning didn't work for the whole duration of our stay. The staff didn't inform us at check in, we had to find out when we went into the room itself.
