Spacious, well equipped, lovely ambience
The access to the unit. It is not well signed posted when accessing by car & the last driveway is intimidating by car & also on foot for anyone who has even slight mobility issues.

This Cove Point Apartment Is perfectly located in my favourite part of the world, Little Cove. Access to the beach is literally a one minute walk and under a five minute walk into the heart ofHastings Street. I love that the property is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the centre but close enough to access bars and restaurants and cafes in the heart of Noosa. I loved the privacy that the apartment provided with its own access balcony and trees to shield from passes by. It was very quiet and peaceful. The living and dining areas were very spacious and certainly large enough to cater for our family of four. All the kitchen appliances worked very well for our needs and the laundry facilities were a great feature for us as we were able to wash our clothes during our 10 day stay. The apartment was also well stocked with very useful items such as a beach cabana, beach umbrella and additional cleaning items in the storage cupboard.
I felt that the property wasn’t 100% clean upon our arrival. I didn’t want to make a fuss to property management so I just cleaned some of the areas myself. It was little things, like you could tell some of the shelves housing the glasses hadn’t been wiped down in a long time. Some of the drawers containing the utensils had dead cockroaches in them. There were also cobwebs and insects in the ceiling corners which hadn’t been cleaned out recently. I think there is a good surface clean done before a new tenancy, but I feel like the property needs to be deeply spring cleaned more frequently than it is. There was also a lot of dust on the shutters in the bedroom and the ceiling fans.
