The entire stay was wonderful!
The room was very clean with a big bathroom and a little patio/terrace. The bathroom had a shower and bathtub, toiletties including lotion and shower caps were provided.
The staff was also very sweet, especially the host Candice! I received daily help with my itinerary and travel advice upon arrival. I was also helped with specific issues, when my phone would not charge I was lent a wireless charger and woken up in the morning (since I could not set an alarm)
The location was good, it takes about 15 minuted to walk anywhere in town. If you don't have a car and want to eat at night (hippo risk hours) there is also a woman in town with a driving service – but the Hotel Team will explain that to you :)
There are two very friendly and well-behaved dogs on the property. If you like dogs, great! If you don't like dogs, they don't really bother you unless you want to interact.
Also there were a lot of breakfast options!
It's common sense but if you are travelling without a car you need to plan your dinner ahead of time and bring proper shoes, it's an area with hills so you'll walk uphill sometimes.

The property, cleanliness, some toiletries provided. Good breakfast!
The shower head in our room has cracked and leaking, the bed was worn out, wasn't great. Room was named Turtle.
