The property was extremely clean and staff were very pleasant. Special shout-out to Hussein and Ahmed, the staff who helped us throughout our entire stay, they were lovely. Also, the manager was very pleasant and friendly. The hotel is a short drive from hot air balloon area and short walking distance from Nile River. Food portions were great. My mom and I enjoyed our stay and we will be back for sure.

They should have basic amenities
1. Small fridge in the room
2. Soap / towels / shampoo (all had to be asked for)
3. Mat (near the toilet)
4. Water bottle (we are in the desert, at least water is needed)
