Olive Garden Hotel

The food was amazing every night, the bed was comfy. The Wi-Fi was good and the kids loved the waterpark.

The all-inclusive drinks menu is very limited and you even have to pay extra for a bottle of water or metaxa, which is a local drink! Half of the floats that you needed for the lazy river were deflated or broken I even saw people fighting over rings, we were charged twice for the tourist tax and I had to go to reception every day to try and sort the situation. We had a downstairs room and the balcony door would not lock ,reception told us it would be fine as there were cameras, we looked everywhere and they were no cameras even so I don’t think it’s acceptable to have a ground floor room that you cannot lock! After complaining several times they agreed to move our room so we packed up all our things but were then told they were sending somebody to fix the door and we could keep the room which we had just packed up!

Private swimming pool was great and we have used it a lot (junior suite only). I ended up going to main pool just once in a week for few minutes. Food was nice, staff were friendly, plenty of parking space on site, water park is nice addition to the hotel.

Bathroom with doorless shower, no hangers for wet towels, noisy extractor in the bathroom, the sink in the corridor, air conditioning must be left on all day to work normally, ants, mosquitoes. However private pool makes up for all of this.

Decent food, reasonably priced shop on site, minutes from Lardos Village Square.

Plumbing in our room was poor, therefore toilet was continuously blocked. Ant infestation in toilet. Smell of drainage through the rooms. Dirty marks on toilet walls 💩 Lazy river wall was thick green dirt. No drawers for storage, lived out of our cases. Small wardrobe area but no coat hangers, had to request these from reception. Had to request extra pillow as 1 wasn’t enough. Not enough to do for adults at night time. Cocktails cheap unbranded alcohol served in plastic cups. Only 1 snack area that served pizza only, restricted to 11-5pm each day.
