Checking in was super easy even without staff onsite. The inclusion of a fan in the room was also a welcome surprise. Although the space was small it was well-appointed, with a writing desk, mini fridge and decently sized bathroom.
The elevator didn't go all the way to my floor (top floor). I also met a couple who were looking for a staff member because their stay apparently included breakfast, which there was no evidence of.

The room is fully furbished and looks very new. Amenities are modern and I had a wonderful stay in a quiet neighborhood.
Like many hotels in Europe, it does not have air-conditioning, but the fan is quite powerful!

My room was clean and quite comfortable
The first thing that I have to underline is that, apparently, no one in this hotel can speak English. All of the emails I received were, in fact, written only in German, even the most important ones containing the instruction to enter the hotel. I had also written an email in English to them asking for some important information, and never got a reply. I did not understand a word and had to use google translator, which should not happen, since this structure is an hotel with, I believe, some international guests who don’t speak German. I had some troubles on the day of my arrival opening the door of my room, and, of course, nobody was here. I called the emergency number they wrote on the email, and nobody answered. I was therefore forced to ask a person I found in the street to help me with the key! I was satisfied only with the cleaning of my room, which was good.
