The location was certainly a plus.
I was impressed by the decor in the lobby and in the rooms. This renovation was planned well and the ultimate product is good. The staff was quite attentive and the cleaning personnel provided all I asked for. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable. Nespresso machine in the lobby is a nice touch.
I’ll just make a list:
1. There was a disclosed construction project going on and even though guests are told that scaffolding surrounds the building, no one suspected a guest would have workers just outside the window early in the morning. Additionally, guests could not rest during the day due to the banging and noises produced by the workers.
2. There is no air conditioning. Not a bad thing for that region, but the facility becomes very stuffy with no ventilation. I opened my windows only to find there is no screening on them which allows mosquitoes to enter. I killed ten in my room one evening.
3. I asked for a room with a desk as I needed to work, but apparently none were available. I commandeered the front desk over the weekend to get my work completed.
4. I may be in a minority, but I require a washcloth for showering. None were to be found there, but the cleaning staff provided me with a reasonable substitute.
5. The entry door was constantly being left unlocked because the door did not automatically catch when closed. Anyone could have entered the “secured” property.

Debido a la situación que estamos pasando en cuanto a la temperatura, el que no tenga aire acondicionado afecta mucho a la habitación, no se puede abrir las ventanas por los mosquitos y por qué entraba más ruido que aire
