Excellent comfy bed in my single room. Toilet/shower rooms very close and great shower and spotless. The common room was large with TV and ample leather seating and large dining table with seating for 6 persons. A large range of games and reading books ensured you were not going to get bored. The very large kitchen was a surprise as it was extensively equipped with cooker, 2 fridges and large selection of cutlery and utensils etc. The 'Icing on the Cake' was the very attractive room rate. Will certainly visit again.

Good communication with arrivals and check-in. Simple rooms but comfortable; the shared shower could be cleaned better, but overall it was nice and spacious. Very good value for the money .

Outside the stairs to the rooms is an emergency staircase that isn't comfortable when it is raining.

No wardrobe in the room, no towels if you wanted to take a shower. No person to greet us.
