We really enjoyed the traditional Japanese atmosphere. The dinner was a wonderful experience, with beautifully presented and delicious food. We especially loved the private onsen, which was incredibly relaxing. The staff were very kind and welcoming.
Nothing in particular. We really enjoyed our stay.

The onsen
The service during the kaiseki dinner and breakfast was rude to a level I did not expect. The staff seemed bothered by even the simplest questions about what I was being served. When I asked what kind of sashimi I was eating, the waitress actually sighed and said this is sashimi. When I clarified that I wanted to know the type, she sighed again, went to check the menu, and came back with the list. Thankfully the chef eventually stepped in and explained it kindly, but the waitresses were rough and absolutely not up to standard, especially considering their English was quite poor.
