Very good communication throughout, from before our arrival through to the end of our stay. The staff were amazing, and Emilia at reception was especially awesome — really friendly with a lovely vibe. The room had plenty of space for us as a couple and was comfortable throughout our stay. Breakfast was good and we were happy with it overall. We really enjoyed our four nights here. Laundry Mat about 5mins away and you need cash. Bus stop about 5min walk Number 008 bus into Sorrento and back again. The bus drops you off basically outside the accommodation. Trains are hit and miss. It’s about a 15min walk to the train station

Emilia was really lovely and really helpful when it came to answering any queries we had regarding our stay. The room was fully equipped with everything we needed and was made up every day. The hotel is also located near a supermarket which we used throughout our stay. The hotel is also located near a bus stop and train station which can be used to get into Sorrento as well as Naples.
The hotel was also located on a fairly busy road which meant there was quite a bit of traffic noise at night. Saying this we got used to it the longer we stayed.
Quite a few stairs to the pink room but it was only really when taking the luggage up/down we felt it.

Everything was perfect, great location, friendly host. The room was clean and comfortable. They also got free parking which was so convenient.
