Very Clean, staff were great too
If you didn’t have towels you had to rent them from the pool bar. Definitely need a car if you are staying here

Not sure, en probably that you feel relatively safe while inside. The staff was very nice. You can park the car there for free.
I cannot understand some of the reviews I read before booking. It is not any oasis, the area is very degraded, like not being in a develop country. The hotel receives you with a mountain of waste 300 metres from the entrance. The rooms are at the level of a highway elevated passing so you can hear every car or truck passing at 50 metres from your bed. Impossible to rest. Then the pillows have been there for decades, very unconfortable. On top of that, I was unlucky that there was a group of kids on an school trip playing in my corridor till later than midnight. I understand that can happen. I am writting all these not being new in Naples, I know and like the city and I lived there 3 years in the past.

Staff & facilities ovetall quite good. But location totally unsuitable for guests without a car. Isolated in an industrial area with no pedestrian access.
Lack of pedestrian access to the site, airconditioning worked poorly, fridge the same. Guests with no car compelled to use the onsite restaurant resulting in lack of choice and unnecessary expense. Pool pavillion had functions and music until midnight and on one occasion 1.30 am. A shuttle service would be a useful service rather than 30 euro taxi services.
