Beautiful apartment, nicely decorated and very spacious. Good location to esplanade and amenities. Clean and bright. Perfect for families.
Washing facilities weren’t working and couldn’t be fixed while we were there. Staff did give alternative options. Pool was a bit small.

Was a nice apartment very spacious and had all the utilities we needed plus was a 5-10 minute drive to most of the main sites in Mooloolaba to visit.
Definitely needs some up keep and general cleaning. There was dust everywhere, the extraction fans in the bathrooms and laundry were black from dust, genuinely looked like someone hadn’t been in there for a month or two with the amount of cobwebs that were on the doors and windows, the door handle for the main bedroom came off because there’s only 1 screw holding it together and lastly nearly all the vents for the ducted air conditioner have started falling out of the walls the worst is the one in the main bedroom and the 2 facing towards the living room off the kitchen fascia

The location was excellent, with the apartment conveniently situated close to the waterfront, shops, restaurants and other amenities.
On entering the apartment, there was a noticeable stale smell. The curtain on the main sliding door was incomplete and therefore unable to be fully closed. There were finger marks on the sliding window, the carpets would benefit from a thorough clean, and there was also dust visible on the tables. Extra blankets would also be a good addition to each room during the winter months.
The planter boxes around the pool area were empty, and some contained rubber mats and other stored items. This made the pool area appear less inviting and detracted from the overall presentation of the space.
