Wspaniały pobyt blisko centrum a czujesz się jak bysbyl w środku dżungli

Przepyszne śniadania i soki. Bardzo miła obsługa i codziennie świeża woda w pokoju. Obiekt położony jest przy świątyni i rzece. Piękny ogród i dużo zieloni

Ubud was to busy and damp room.

The location was good and a nice restaurant above the villas.

We booked for 4 nights, but left after two due to our room. It was very damp and musty smelling. The bed was damp and staff had put towels on the floor by a wall where the water was leaking. We were down the bottom by the river so this may have contributed to the dampness. If it wasn’t for the damp, the room would have been perfect.

good location in Ubud. short walk to Ubud city centre 2 bedroom villa was so big and spacious was 3 toiled and 2 bathrooms

the stairs. so many stairs to get to you room and pool was looked dirty

My stay was a magical, idyllic experience we didn’t want to leave.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful and the location was idyllic. The rooms were spacious. The beds very comfortable. The terrace views amazing. The pool serene. And again the staff were lovely.

The staff was friendly and Ani's was a good first place to arrive to in Ubud.

It was within walking distance to the city center. The view was stunning. I enjoyed having access to a pool.

Wi-fi was not good in my room.

could not fault staff location scenery delicious breakfast .if you’re into just a basic room then this is the place .

gorgeous scenery amongst the jungle life and waterfalls amazing views

VERY old . def needs some maintenance and new beds as the beds weee extremely hard and uncomfortable also needs hooks in the bedrooms as no where to hang towels etc

it was a pleasant, cozy, calming, tranquil, blend in nature stay, loved it

2 spacious bedrooms came with kitchen and a big living area facing green and a busy river, soul calming and tranquil. breakfast was ok. friendly and helpful service, 4 of us had in call full body massage with the help of front desk booking. the entire villa is lush greenery, with a beautiful swimming pool too. a high rating restaurant and bar is just upstairs.

suggest to use warmer lights instead of white in the villa, softer touch. drain stopper to the bathtub seemed to be an issue the water couldn’t fill up fully. all the rest were excellent.

CLOSE TO NATURE

Love the closeness to nature where the view from the balcony overlooking a temple, greens and river. Good size villa for a family of 4. The sound of the river flowing is peaceful and soothing. Locality is good, within walking distance to the Ubud Market, Ubud Palace and Camplung Ridge. If you appreciate stairs and greens this is a perfect stay for you. Good simple breakfast provided. The cafeteria, Little Talk is a nice place to chill and read. Staff are very friendly. Big pool to enjoy. Overall a pleasant stay.

The amenities really needs to be upgraded. The crickety old beds and old mattresses need to be replaced because they are very uncomfortable. The rooms have a strange odor that really cannot get rid off. Kitchen not equipped at all so cannot really make any simple meal. Very unfortunate for us, some animals (probably bats) came every night to pooped all over the dining table and floor (not the Villa's fault after all it is close to nature). It is good that the cleaner comes in daily to clean up. The whole unit is too dim at night especially outside the rooms. Cannot really hang out in the common area with the family or to do any reading after the sun goes down. Weak water pressure so showering takes longer. A lot of stairs to get to the villa and also out of the villa. Staff were so kind to carry our big luggages for us.

The location, size of rooms are huge, massive bathroom, right alongside the river. The staff are the friendliest people

The kitchen is like stepping into the 40s. Bare essentials in kitchen, not enough utensils for the amount of guests

money was stolen from me, for two people bed was tiny, bathroom was untidy, airconditioner didn’t work well and it blew cold air right to the neck during sleep.

amazing hotel to get into the Ubud jungle feel

we loved staying here, so relaxing and nice to be in a more jungle environment. the room was very spacious and clean. breakfast menu has plenty of options

the property is a 10 minute walk to the busy area of Ubud. A part of the road isn’t very well lit. this didn’t stop us from walking every day. would like to maybe stay a little closer to the Main Street or even get a bike next time. nothing against this Villas as we loved our stay

Great location however rooms need updating and maintenance

The location was great, the villa grounds were beautiful and the pool was lovely

The rooms were smelling of damp with mould up the walls, celetape over air vents, the room we booked did not look like the photos on the website. The shower was over the toilet in the bathroom.

Average stay located at the center of Ubud.

Nothing much was just a normal stay place covered with a lot of greenery.

The rooms were not clean and there were a lot of lizards. Due to the plants there were many other insects, frogs and mosquitoes. Old tables and towels. Lighting was low. The bed was so shaky and making all kinda noises. An average place to stay.

We had a wonderful time in Ani's villa's, the pool was great, the breakfast, the kitchen team, the big terrace with Table, chairs and a sofa, the beautiful garden, the nature around it, the proximity to the Ridge walk, the view to the ceremonies at the river, fresh towels every day if you want, it's very quiet although centrally based, a clear recommendation!

The man at the reception was very friendly, but not very helpful in organising things. But luckily there are many tour operators in Ubud that are very happy to help. The kitchen team was very friendly und flexible, we enjoyed our time in Ani's Villa's!

The location was nice. Although you are almost in the city centre, it was very very quite. Staff is nice and eager to help. You get what you are paying for: nothing fancy, a normal good-value accomodation that you need for resting

Exceptional

A hidden treasure tucked away down below the hustle and bustle of Ubud on the Campuan River. The staff were fantastic, the room was spacious and comfortable. Location is great, only a few minutes walk to Penestanen and a 10-15 min walk to central Ubud. Run by a lovely local Balinese family that know the area very well and can organise all your activities if you want.

There are a lot of stairs so you need to be ok with that. Personally I loved it. It became part of my daily exercise regime.
