Good location close to the station and shops around.
I asked for a non-smoking room which was not given. Room had a horrible smell if smoke which I battled to deal with.

The building is clean and enjoyable, surrounding street are peaceful and very clean. The Hotel is just nearby to Shonandai train station. There is a huge advantage of having many restaurants, supermarkets, children parks, children cultural centre, enjoyable Water reservoir and even a one minute walk coin-laundry. The hotel is very convenient for 22 nights stay.
I would suggest to include some more vegetable options for breakfast time (carrots, greens, more days of broccoli). It would be nice to be able to slightly open the window in the room for ventilation.

the surroundings around the hotel
the staff are so slow we shoulld have been checked in at 14:00pm coz they already charged us w/a 1000¥ plus coz we wanted to check in earlier but we had the room at around 14:40 only 20 mins to check in for 15:00pm but they told us its the hotel rules! they dont charge by the minute only for hours ! what a mess ! but its already done! we just wasted +1000¥ that they charged us! anyways we r not going back!
