Endroit très bien situé,propre ,personnel très à l'écoute et discret répondant à vos moindres attentes , piscine air de jeux et autres service proposés gratuit.
endroit sécurisé facile à se garer .
Vraiment très bien.
Je met un 10/10 si il y avait eu un micro onde j'aurais mis 11/10 😂
Pas fan du bonnet de bain dans la piscine mais pour se rafraîchir on l'accepte volontiers 😅

We stayed for 1 week as part of a longer trip. Good size space with a front terrace, a rear enclosed garden and a balcony from the main bedroom. Clean and functional. Good air conditioning downstairs.
We had a double bedroom and a separate small room with bunk beds.
Nice swimming pool with plenty loungers and chairs. Non residents can also use the pool so busier on weekends.
About a 15min walk into the centre of Alberobello with lovely cafes, restaurants.
Able to park outside of your accommodation.
Enjoyed seeing the resident cats and dogs.
It was very hot upstairs in the bedrooms as the air conditioning was only downstairs

1 . Piscine et espace piscine (transats) top! Personnels piscine Super.
2 . Espace terrasse, bien mais non nettoyé, collant, barbecue non exploitable, pas de grille.
3 . Kitchenette fonctionnelle. Torchon, éponge et produit vaisselle, petit kit d’arrivée. (Huile, sel…)
4 . Mousticaires à toutes les ouvertures. Top.
5 . Climatisation au rez de chaussée.
6 . Chambre parentale super, grand lit.
7 . Bâtiment intérieur extérieur en très bon état. Abords en bon état.
1 . Permanence a l’accueil aléatoire, pas de planning affichée.
2 . Chambre enfants, lits superposés dans une pièce trop petite, très chaude car pas de climatisation et literies hors d’usage.
3 .piscine fermée à 18h30. Trop tôt pour la saison. Pas cours d’aquagym promis dans l’annonce.
4 . Salle de sport (musculation) promise dans l’annonce booking pas ouverte à la clientèle et servant de chenil. Pas de cours de fitness proposés.
5 . Nuisances nocturnes dues aux aboiements répétés de chiens presents sur site et voisinage. Attention, le gardiennage d’animaux domestiques rend le séjour inconfortable.
