Location was perfect and the cottage is lovely. Everything you needed and communication with owner was good.
One small issue which I took care off. I messaged Sykes about it which never got acknowledged.

Location was great, good bus route on door step for access to St Ives and other local towns. Great walķs along beach and into Carbis Bay over the headland.
Cottage was cosy and well equipped, very clean and comfortable.
Bed was comfortable but only a double, fine for us as we are short and of medium build but for anyone larger this may be a problem.
Stairs very steep but to be expected in an old cottage, no good for anyone with mobility issues.

This is a perfect holiday cottage. So stylish and well presented with everything you need. The walk to dog friendly porthkidney sands when the tide is out is spectacular, and catching the train from the end of the road into st ives is a real luxury. This was a real find and we had the best holiday.
