Long Beach is directly on the Beach, on Front Beach Road & across the street from shopping, Walmart etc. We felt secure with guard gate. Balcony furniture was very nice!

One of the two elevators was malfunctioning and we were on the 12th floor. The unit is in need of upgrade, ie pull out sofa and mattress in bedroom needs replacing. Tub/shower is very deep and can be difficult for elderly residents as has no grab bars. TV remote is difficult for people who don’t stream much. The refrigerator has door parts missing and red tape is used to keep items stored on the door. Ice maker in the refrigerator doesn’t function well.

Easy access to beach and surrounding attractions..great location!!!..Loved the glider chairs on balcony..perfect after a long day..pool was nice

Only able to get in hot tub once..signs posted everywhere no children but always had NUMEROUS children very young..ie diapers (which I thought... being in Healthcare ...was dangerous and tweens...so that was dissappointing..but overall was a GREAT STAY..DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN

In spite of the lying about the wireless availability, the stay was great.

There was no breakfast.

The truth. We paid to have wireless internet available as part of the package. It was not available. There was no working television in the living room. Customer service was notified, but was no help at all. That equals being lied to.

beautiful beaches. comfortable room. bring your own blanket and cleaning supplies.

it had a beautiful view. the furniture was comfortable and the TVs were fine. the beach was top notch. and the pillows were amazing.

the toilet, bathtub and bathroom sink all had to be cleaned when we got there. there was hair and lipstick. when we mopped before our departure it became apparent that the floor had not been mopped in some time. just swept. the microwave holder thing had a crack in the plastic under the microwave. didn’t affect usability just the aesthetics. also, one of the tv remotes was missing the back, so everytime we picked it up the batteries fell out. we went out and bought our own cleaning supplies.

the code to the door didn’t work when we got there even though we were told we could check in early.

The beach front and ocean view from bed and living area was so majestic . We were able to cook our meal in the kitchen and do laundry within the unit we stayed which was very convenient.

The patio chairs and floor were not cleaned. It still have some food remains from previous guests.

Location was great

4 guests 3 bath towels. No sheets or pillowcases for sleeper sofa. Only 1 skillet and it was small. Dishwasher didnt work on checkout day.

where to start: outdated furnishings, mildew in bath, toilet no connected to the floor. There were times the bathroom smelled like a sewer. the furniture in the living room smells bad, all the rugs are gross! furniture in living room smells bad,

Wife’s birthday and our anniversary

This was our annual vacation and it couldn’t have been any better. We look forward every year to this trip. Bed was extremely comfortable. Lord willing we will return next year!!

Condo 4-1205

Property is located in a good area. Pool is beautiful and the access to the beach is great. Netflix for the several rainy days we had.

Lots of little things, lights and ceiling fans not working. Closet filled with lots of stuff so no where to hang cloths and organize. The first day the handle feel off in the tub/shower. Not much water pressure in the tub. Not a lot of seating. Balcony furniture also had a broken leg.

Great view, but property management is horrible

The view was amazing. The apartment was clean.

Made 5 calls over a two day period to Vacssa to try and get internet working. We were promised someone from the local property team would contact us; never happened. Ended up having to tap into another units WiFi. The unit needs maintenance; sliding glass doors hard to open, shower faucet handle fell off, unit needs touch up paint, and dryer takes a long time to dry (several cycles).

Needs updated

The layout of the condo was very nice. The view from the balcony was amazing

Front door is very dirty and needs painted. Found out from Maintaince that the key code has been the same for along time didn’t feel very secure after that. We had black mold in tub and around the outside of the sliding doors. Balcony tracks were filled with dirt,balcony doors are dirty and need painted,missing smoke detector, missing wall plug for cable in living room , leg on living room tv broken , WiFi was very weak It only allowed me to attach 4 pictures. I have more if needed. Overall a beautiful place, needs updated and a deep cleaning. Very over priced for the current condition. Not at all what I expected for 400. Per night
