The actuall apartment was amazing and our host was the best
I didn't like the loudness of other guests. Also half the elevators were not working and limited parking. We had to park in a garage far away. Also the pools were very dirty with hair and debris. The room was amazing but everything else was not.

Variety of pools and food. Beach access was very simple and easy (even with children and tons of stuff).
More elevators would definitely help. We learned best way was to get on any elevator regardless if it was going up or down. Otherwise you have to wait. Maybe a short explanation of what there is to do and eat on the property.

It is a close walk to the beach.
The units front view is a parking garage, so when it is windy all you hear is a loud whistling sound inside the unit. The elevators take around 15-20 min to use, so we used the stairs. That was fine until the stair doors were breaking and you weren’t able to access them. The pools were gross, and not working half the time. Nothing accessible from parking garage to unit- you either park low and walk up or park higher up and walk up, then walk back down. Also, enjoy HUGE cockroaches. Zero found inside our unit while we were there but they are EVERYWHERE else in the building and outside the unit.
