There is really no reason to leave, other than the beach experience you can find across the street. Phenomenal setting offering panoramic views you cannot find anywhere else, heated pools, kiddie pools. Vegas style fountain show every night, you can enjoy from the privacy of your own balcony! The unit is very spacious, offering 3 large bedrooms. The main master has a very large en suite bathroom, private balcony overlooking the Vegas style Fountain show that plays every night and an extremely comfortable bed. The bunk area is located in its own nook, where kiddos can enjoy some game time on their own. The unit has a full size washer and dryer, so you never run out of fresh towels. BEDDING CONFIGURATION: Master Bedroom: King Bed Master Bedroom 2: King Bed Bedroom 3: 2 Full Beds Nook Area: Bunk bed with Twin over Twin CHECK IN TIMES: Check in time is after 4:30 pm, due to extremely long waits at the elevators or traffic , housekeeping teams are trying to service all units as fast as possible, but please note that there may be delays on busy days. Please, take that into consideration before booking and be patient if they are still working in your unit. Over 98% of units are ready for arrival at 4:30. My family and I enjoyed the stayed. Nice apartment.Nice view. Place was actually more space than we needed. I don't have anything bad to say besides the sheets didn't seem as clean and the washer and dryer was still full of sand. We had to clean it out before using it to re wash all the sheets. Place could use a little more pots and pans for cooking. We definitely said we would book this place again. It was in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Everything was truly walking distance.

This property is super cool! Very spacious and one of the best parts of being located right off the elevator! The decor is untraditional beachy and unique. Very cool vibe. unfortunately when we arrived our unit had not been cleaned and we had to call the managing agency twice. They finally got it cleaned about 7 PM on our first day. We were told we could check in at 4:30. That was inconvenient. There are several outlets in the unit that do not work. You just have to figure out which ones work and which ones don’t. Also there were very few towels so bring extra (8 total and we had 10 guests). The unit “looked” clean after the crew left. The floors weren’t sandy but they were dirty. We couldn’t walk around barefooted without getting our feet dirty. The refrigerator and the microwave need to be cleaned thoroughly. Overall we had a great time and the unit really is perfect for our family of 10. unfortunately the cleaning agency simply overbooked and did not give our unit the attention that it needed. The owner did allow us to have a much later check out on our final day to make up for it. That certainly helped. I know it’s not the owners fault that the unit was not properly cleaned. So don’t let that keep you from staying here! I cannot stress enough how spacious and convenient the unit is. But if I am writing an honest review I had to bring up the fact that the lack of cleanliness was simply unacceptable. I can promise you we will be back though! We will request this exact unit and feel sure the cleanliness issue will be resolved.

We couldn't ever get the AC to work it stayed on 78 the entire time. Several light bulbs were out throughout the house . Hall bath shower curtain is mildew at the bottom. Kitchen needs dish towels and pot scrubber. Besides the few minor things that needs to be fixed or cleaned the place was nice .

First I want to state this review is not for the resort. Lakewharf Resort is awesome location. This condo though is horrible. The rooms are not as shown on the pictures. We first get there, the bottom bunk had sand on the bed, king bed was broken and is so uncomfortable. All the furniture looks and feels like you got it off wishlist or Temu. The cleanliness was not vlean at all. Stains on couch and the outside patio was rusted and so uncomfortable. I 100% do not recommend this condo. All the conplaints were ignored accept the bed and they came into to condo without telling us. Patio is on the lake side not ocean so make sure you know that. All in all this place literally gets 1 star and that was because the door was right by the garage and elevators.

Property was extremely filthy. Couch was ripped off. No washer liquid available. Fan and light remote was missing battery. Not enough towels. All Beds were old and making sound when you turn sleeping position while sleeping, very bothering. You can see the dust everywhere from furniture to floor. Property manager never called in to check on us. Balcony was extremely dirty too. Will not suggest anyone to rent it.

We had a blast at this unit in Panama City! Very spacious and clean. Super quiet building great parking! Very close to everything ( literally walking distance). Full kitchen make sure you bring your own seasonings! The all you can eat buffet is seasonal so make sure you come after February 1st to enjoy that. King size bed in the master bedroom has entry to the balcony.

We stayed at Laketown Wharf Resort the week of Sept or 10th-16th. The condo is big and spacious for our group of ten. however the condo was lacking enough silverware and pots n pans to cook with. We had seven forks(10 people in our party) but we fortunately I brought plastic silverware from home.the kitchen garbage pail is all beat up and the underside of the lid has dried up food stuck on it. We had one of the toilets get clogged and it took them a day and a half to send someone out to unclog the toilet. There was no plunger in the unit. Also t

The floors were dirty in the condo when we got there but no big deal with all the in and out we did, some of the bulbs in the master bathroom were burnt, again no big deal, the curtains in the living room were about to come out of the wall. The beds were comfy, & it was a convenient location. The elevators were slow but they did work on them. All in all, we did enjoy our stay.

Overall our stay at Laketown WARF was nice. We were a little disappointed that it was lake front and not ocean front. The pictures were a bit deceiving in that regard, or maybe we didn't look at them close enough. The lake front was pretty but it's very loud from the city lights/traffic which you also have a view of. The pools/other facilities were great and location is perfect. We enjoyed a short walk to the beach, and to other local attractions. The condo is only filled with basics, not enough silverware/dishes/furniture to accommodate 9 people though. It was cleaned well, with plenty of towels, comfortable bedroom spaces but there was a lot of sand on the floor upon arrival but a vacuum so we could tidy up. No coffee filters or cleaning products so plan ahead with those basic things.

This condo is everything. You have great views and you are close to everything. My family was very pleased with the setup. The balcony was so relaxing and it was an awesome place to view the light show on the water. I will most definitely be back again. We had an awesome trip.
