Beautiful property in a great location with clean and comfortable facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Rooms don’t have power when unoccupied so can’t change electronics while outside.

We had a wonderful stay at Livanios Studios in Milos! The location is perfect, only around 500 metres from the port, making it incredibly convenient from the moment you arrive. Being so central also means you are close to plenty of great restaurants and traditional tavernas, with everything you need nearby.
The rooms are exceptionally clean, comfortable and well looked after, making it a relaxing place to come back to after a day exploring this beautiful island.
What really makes Livanios Studios special, though, are the wonderful hosts, John and Maria. Their hospitality and kindness truly make you feel welcome. John is a wealth of information about Milos and is more than happy to help you plan an itinerary to make the most of your stay. With so many amazing places to see, his local knowledge is invaluable. Most of the famous sites and beautiful beaches around Milos are only around a 15-minute drive away, so the central location makes exploring the island incredibly easy.
And make sure you ask John where to find the best galaktoboureko in town — it is an absolute must! Trust his recommendation, you won’t be disappointed!
If you are looking for clean, comfortable accommodation in a fantastic central location, with genuine Greek hospitality from hosts who truly care about their guests, we highly recommend Livanios Studios. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay with amazing hosts!
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to the wonderful hosts, Maria and John. From the moment I arrived, they gave me such a warm welcome and were incredibly hospitable and helpful throughout my entire trip.
They were always happy to recommend things to do and would let me know what was worth seeing each day, while also giving me different options depending on what I felt like doing. They were especially helpful when it came to getting around the island, explaining the bus system and making sure I knew how to get to the places I wanted to visit.
Communication was also incredibly easy throughout my stay. John was always responsive and happy to help with any questions or requests.
They even helped me book a boat tour and organised the transfer for me, which made the whole experience completely stress-free. Their local knowledge, kindness and willingness to go the extra mile really made my trip so much more enjoyable.
I’m very grateful for their hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
