The culinary offerings and staff performance were exceptional. Our reserved accommodation was reallocated to a comparable category due to a plumbing issue. The team promptly provided an explanation and offered appropriate compensation for the room change. We genuinely appreciated their sincerity.

La struttura è molto bella, posizionata in mezzo alla natura con un torrente che passa sul retro, sono disponibili su prenotazione anche delle onsen private, gatuite per 40 minuti. Cena e colazione molto buone e abbondanti, le porzioni sembrano piccole, ma sono molte e ora della fine si è sazi.
Nulla, se proprio devo scegliere i cuscini sono migliorabili, ma sono comunque meglio che in molti altri hotel.
