Very tastefully laid out,nice furniture, spacious Comfortable bed.

Bit of road noise at times

We cannot fault the Thornton Beach Bungalows. First night we stayed in one of the smaller units. Compact but exceptionally well equipped - absolutely everything you would need plus some stuff you hadn't thought of - mozzie coils, insect repellent, umbrellas etc.... Second night in the bigger bungalow- outstanding. Superbly equipped, brilliant accommodation, wonderful bathroom, spacious and welcoming. The hosts were exceptional- friendly, attentive and helpful. We would return and recommend in a heartbeat. ❤️

Cafe directly opposite - nothing to do with bungalow operators. He was gratuitously obnoxious and unnecessarily rude - a strange disposition given the high quality alternative options on your doorstep. Spend your coin elsewhere-there are many alternative welcoming and pleasant alternatives

A basic but complete beach bungalow. There’s no mains electricity here so no aircon, hairdryer or tv. That’s part of the adventure. It was clean and very quiet at night. Directly across the road from beautiful Thorntons Beach. Delightful, warm welcome from Jodie. We had everything we needed. Thanks a lot.

Location, close to beach, BBQ supplied

BBQ was the only cooking method, we were asked (reasonably) to wash the pots and pans. However there wasn't a sink only a plastic bowl hanging outside, nowhere to hang clothes, the lighting near the BBQ was poor.
