Very good located homestay with everything you need and warm and helpfull hostess

The homestay is very nice located, near the city center, the bus station and the supermarket. The room wasn't new but was still nice, and there is a big open terrace where it is so nice to have breakfast with a great view. The hostess is very helpful and attentive, she took us from the station, helped us to find everything we need in the city. She was very nice to us and our kids and gave us lemon and honey when one of our sons was ill. The breakfast was also nice and tasty. If we come back, we wouldn't look for any other place.

A real homestay - great value for money

It was a proper homestay - the family are so lovely and welcoming, they help with local information, tours, renting motorbikes etc. Breakfast on the balcony each morning was lovely. My room was huge and the bed was super comfortable. The location was convenient - just a short walk to the center. Great value for money - would stay again.

The room could have been cleaner - sheets and surfaces were clean (the main things). Just a few cobwebs and things, but no big deal.

Great value for the money guesthouse.

Great little place to stay. Really nice family who go out of their way to welcome their guests. Nice breakfast . Nice hot shower and good Wi-Fi.

To be fair, the room was clean, not kind of exceptionally clean but the room looked neat when I checked in. The owner and her daughter were polite and they gave me an instruction to get there before my check in day :) But there were three points that making me not come back to this accommodation again. 1. I booked a private room with bathroom inside, but the owner gave me a standard room (which is so much smaller) with bathroom outside and she told me because there was out of room. But I know the reason was because I travelled solo and the price I paid was a Booking discount price (kind of she thought with that price, I deserved a lower type of room). I still accepted the room as I thought okie, I only need a place to sleep. I was wrong. 2. The room I stayed (standard room) was connected to the living room. The wall was made temporarily and it had many holes on the celling, which undoubtedly no sound proffered :). I can hear All the sound from living room, kitchen and outside bathroom very clearly and loudly. Sometimes the owner watched TV in the living room with the high volume. So no time was quiet :) 3. No breakfast at all, even though they indicated that in the booking. So don’t raise your high hopes :)

So if you only need a budget bed for one night, this accommodation may be for you. But you have to bring all the toiletries, your own toothpaste and toothbrush as they will not offer them

Good value, clean room. Nice location can walk to the lake. Many nearby restaurants and shops.

Budget oriented family guesthouse

Budget friendly guesthouse close to the center of Dalat. It's actually located on a small alley which starts where the Nha Long Café is placed, next to a big tree. The rooms are big enough with nice decoration. There is strong and fast WiFi. The showers have plenty of hot water (Dalat is chilly in the evenings) and the breakfast is freshly made and very filling. All perfect!

super helpful and nice staff. we took a day trip with them and had a blast. room was nice and clean. 10 min walk from big mall and half hour walk to city center

Very poor

The hostess is friendly

Where to begin? Both rooms I stayed in were infested with ants, both large and small, I also had to deal with a gigantic spider one night which was a joy. The breakfast is eggs and bread, nothing special. No water in the rooms which is unusual. No towels, toilet paper, shower gel/shampoo etc in the room. There was also long hairs everywhere in the room which certainly aren't mine. It's noisy as hell as the walls are thin and with air bricks, there's also endless dog barking and kareoke outside. The curtains in the first room did little to nothing to block out any light. The bathrooms are tiny so you will struggle to manoeuvre in them. The bed in the first room was very uncomfortable, just a solid matress on the floor, half of the lights in the room didn't work. If you decide to stay here bring war plugs and an eyemask or you won't sleep. It's certainly not a hotel, you're staying in someone's house and, although the host is a very nice lady who will help you out with some tips on the area, I certainly won't be staying here again.

Exceptional

The room was spacious and clean, with lots of light and good curtains to sleep too. The breakfast was nice, the lady who runs the place is lovely and helped us to rent a motorbike. It is an excellent value for money option! The location is great too, very near the main mall, right next to Nha Long Coffee (remember to check the message from the staff with the new address).

Just a bit far, from the central market but grab was just cheap.

They were all accommodating. I'm still at the bus when I get a call from them gave instructions on how to reach the hotel. I've arrived early dawn, but my key was there already. I've got a good rest. Thanks a lot.

At the booking. Com it was advertised room with breakfast, but the owner resolved it by giving me discount.

Good

The breakfast is good. The homemade mulberry jam is delicious. The bed is comfy for the price. The room is cool even though there wasn't AC. The staff was so accommodating. They had answered our queries well. The owner was helpful to arrange a tour in some tourists spots.

I think they should provide airpot and other toiletries.
