房間算寬，空間理想 。
浴室老舊，水龍頭鏽跡，加上牆上馬賽克霉斑明顯，使用時較不放心，有請管理方處理了二次仍效果不佳。

唯一的好處是有停車場，停車很方便，另外假日一晚不到兩千，算便宜的，員工服務態度還不錯
設備真的很老舊，浴室有霉斑，隔音也不好

浴室的淋浴設備年久失修，水管跟蓮蓬頭接頭漏水亂噴。窗簾破損沒有維修。
