Casa Loft

Hola! Esta es la segunda vez en Casa Loft, nos encanta... Es un lugar muy tranquilo de verdad que si se puede descansar de maravilla, el señor José siempre muy atento, muy acomedido. El apartamento que nos tocó está en excelente estado, la cocina bien dotada, buenos Aires acondicionados, (1 en la sala, 1 en el cuarto), baño amplio, sofas cómodos...En el lugar hay piscina, ducha para retirar la arena...Nosotros nos movilizamos en bus público, valor por persona:$6.000, pasan aproximadamente cada 10 a 15 minutos, a la llegada nos recogió el señor José y a la ida nos fuimos en bus público, nos dejó a todo el frente del aeropuerto duración aproximada del hotel al aeropuerto 15 minutos, el apartamento está prácticamente a orilla de carretera (50 metros) Se puede apreciar el mar desde la carretera....nuestra calificación (mi esposo y yo) 10/10 Totalmente Recomendado.

The place is big and has a/c in all living area which is a relief! The place is not close to anything and requires taxi or bus to go anywhere but it's not too far from the main part of the island. The queen bad and pillows were comfy but the rest is sofa bed and a mattress underneath it. There's a TV in the living room and another one in the bedroom. Both with regular tv channels only.

First, the cold shower. Most places have cold water only but this one was freezing comparing to the other places we stayed in the island. The pool salt water was good but it wasn't clean, the apartment smells like body odor, really really really bad. I don't know if that was the mattress or the furniture but the first two nights were awful. Then, the internet. The island doesn't have good internet but it wasn't working in the house then he provided a modem with limited data. We told our kid needed good internet for his online classes. The normal internet was limited to 1mb speed and the other one he provided for 3 days was limited in data. We told him the internet wasn't working anymore and he insisted it was. Our boy ended up missing 3 days of classes. Another night, at 4 in the morning a neighbor was arguing with him because his dog was eating the other dogs food. Right in front of our window at 4am!!! We rented two of his 100cc "motorcycles" really bad maintained. One tire got flat and he charged us to fix his crap that was lacking maintenance. He didn't considered that we returned them will full tank. And to finish, he charged us 3 dollars(!!!) for a glass cup that the kid broke. Why did he break it? He felt leaving the pool area because the floor was wet. It should at least have a compatible type of floor or a mat in that area. The kid could've got hurt badly. We spent about a thousand US dollars for a week and we got charged for stupid things like that.
