Location in town and has elevator that fit our purpose because we had 93 years old mom traveling with us. The buffet breakfast was good with lots of delicious local Southern style dishes and desserts. Room was comfortable, good individual air conditions, strong water pressure and airy.
Front staffs were okay but need to show more hospitality to guests when guests coming in and out. It was not a big problem but it lack welcoming feel compared to the other hotels that I stayed either in Thailand or in many countries.

Everything is perfect; spacious room, big comfort bed, good location, and variety of local breakfast. Welcome egg at the lobby and in the room make the hotel very special.

The location was good.
Staff were not particularly friendly.
All the rooms overlooked a car park.
Total lack of Western food at breakfast. Not even orange juice or cereal.
Breakfast room overcrowded at times.
Corridor on the ground level smelt musty.
