Clean confort staff

Location

Very clean and big room. All you need is there ! Peaceful location close to airport. Big market is just around the corner. Easy to get to city centre or airport.

Even though check out was suppose to be at 10 am, the house keeping opened the door at 8:30am while I was sleeping without knocking or any other warning which was a violation of my privacy. I contacted the management to understand why such a thing has happened, but they did not care enough to apologise or provide any explanation. All over all, it was unpleasant experience I don’t wish to anyone!

Simple, clean room with everything necessary for a short stay. Basic, no frills, but good value.

The step into the shower is a bit more suited to mountain climbers

It was very nice 😊 it was warm in the room. it has a fridge, TV, coffee machine, dryer, hot water, heat, cleanliness, silence, quiet area, very kind staff.

I don't know what to say, I don't really have anything to say.

The room was very clean, it was spacious and the bed was comfortable. It was very nice to have espresso machine with free capsules in the room. The staff was welcoming.

The hotel is 15 minutes by car from Vienna airport. Public transportation is not convenient.

when I checked in the room smelled like some kind of a cleaner ! which means the room is clean but took awhile to subside ! the shower has unbelievable water pressure but is small for a big guy !

the room and bathroom are very very clean, the bed is comfortable, slept well after a day of flights. the hotel is easy to find, there is a supermarket nearby and good places for walking. friendly staff

Late check in was easy, Staff was friendly, and all at a good price. I had a really nice walk from there to the train station along a beautiful river. The room was more the enough for my one night stay.

Taxi from the airport to the hotel was pretty expansive (29 euros for 15 min drive) Also, It should have been easier to find the entry door for the pension. It was hard to find it in the middle of the night.

Friendly and welcoming staff, modern and clean room, good communication, pro-customer approach, help with booking a taxi to the airport.

Coffee machine didn't work (it could be that I didn't use it properly as there were no instructions provided).

The place was clean.

I arrived late at night and was afraid that I had come to the wrong place because it did not look like a pension at night and it was not clearly marked. I would recommend that they have some kind of sign up and that the entrance door be clearly marked.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

We arrived late at night and would have preferred to have some access to bottled water (purchased or provided). No option to provide breakfast was given but we didn't really have time for it anyway. If you have a lot of heavy luggage be prepared to carry up flight of stairs (not bad, but worth knowing).
