Everything!! Photo shown on booking doesn’t justify the property but it’s a beautiful property. They have forest trails which go to the beach. Beach is cleaner feels lil private coz it’s between Calangute & Baga beach, so no cheap crowd. They have affordable restaurant at the property which has beach view. Staffs are so friendly & nice. Would definitely recommend. We were two girls , felt safe here. The only problem is that it is lil inside the alley. But if you want, you can walk through the beach & easy access to both Calangute & Baga beach.
None. Except it’s lil inside the alley coz property opens to the beach . So we can expect that.

Loved the ambience and the vibe of the place.
There needs to be at least one bright light in the room at the mirror. Couldn't apply make up.
Fridge needs to have a separate connection and not switch off with the rest

Resort setup is good, attached to beach
It is winter and there was no hot water , after keeping the tap on for 20mins, luke warm water was coming, major reason for us to dislike this place, we stayed th there for 2 days and my wife couldn’t take bath as there was no hot water
